How Arkance Systems supports your business continuity while working from home

Coronavirus (COVID-19) affects communities around the world, this is a difficult time for all of us. At Arkance Systems, our priority is the health of our employees, customers and partners. During this crisis, it is also important to us to support your business continuity as we all adjust to these challenging circumstances.

To fully support you while working from home, we have taken some (new) actions:

  • Our employees > Arkance Systems made significant investments in technology infrastructure and many of our team members already work from home or offsite on a routine basis. This is allowing us to continue functioning in most of our roles seamlessly, with little to no interruption to our normal service levels.
  • Commercial Services > Your usual point of contact is available to support your business needs during this time. Please do not hesitate to reach out to them with any concerns. General contact information:
  • Technical Support > This also continues to be available. As most of our Engineers are working remotely, we advise you to send your questions via email. General contact information:
  • All face to face meetings and training classes that were planned until April 3rd will be postponed. We will be contacting you shortly to reschedule or propose online meeting/training sessions as an alternative

In addition, our partner Autodesk recently took following commitment:

The purchase of new multi-user subscription plans is extended to August 7, 2020 and their retirement moved to August 7, 2021. Transitioning customers to named user will starting May 7, 2020.
